Q1: Is there any requirement of a minimum quantity for ordering TAILOR-MADE products?

Ans: Yes, there is. However the minimum quantity depends on what kind of product you require to tailor and sew.

Q2: How do you make new or TAILOR-MADE products for us?
Ans: Normally we will ask you to send us 2 samples. We will manufacture the products
according to your samples.

Q3: Is there any discount if I order in a large quantity?
Ans: Yes, our prices are based on the quantities you order. We quote case by case.

Q4: Can you make products in different colors?
Ans: Yes, we can make products in any color subject to the availability of the required material in the specified color.

Q5: How is your delivery time?
Ans: We will only advise you of this based on your specific purchase order.


Q5: How does the customized logo in the ordering process work?
Ans: We go through the following steps to customize your order:
Once your order with logo is received, we will develop a sketch in JPEG or in GIF format for you to view with your web browser. This step is necessary to confirm the placement of logo. Then we will email you the image of the completed sample for your approval. If you require the actual sample we will mail the sample to you at your cost of the postage. Once you are completely satisfied with the sample we will start to manufacture your order.

Q6: How can I pay for the order?
Ans: We only accept Wire Transfer (TT) and/or Letter of Credit (L/C).

Q7: How can we be sure about your quality of goods?
Ans: We have strict QC systems in addition to which we can also arrange pre-shipment inspection by SGS, ITS etc as per your approved sample.

Q8: How can I send you my artwork or ideas to produce?
Ans: You can send us an attachment as GIF or JPEG format to us throuh e-mail.
 

Q9: What is your return policy?
Ans: We will gladly return or replace any defective products within 30 days of delivery. Please notify us immediately if you are not satisfied with the products you received so we can arrange for replacement or refund. If the products are damaged in transportation please notify the carrier and us immediately.
 

Q10: What is your CONFIDENTIALITY policy?
Ans: Any information we receive from you is treated as confidential and not shared with any third party.

Q11: How do you pack to protect the delivered products?
Ans: We are very much conscientious of the ecology protection and has thus apprehended the biodegradable concepts for prime packaging. We have many experiences on the package resolvents. We will also pack the goods according to you specifiedour requirement.

Q12: Does your company send any free sample to a new client?
Ans: Yes, we send complimentary samples to our new clients at the client's cost of freight charges. You are asked to notify us of your forwarder's
Express Number or to remit the freight charges to our bank account.
